Baked Crabmeat

Ingredients
Vegetable oil spray
1 Tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 pound crabmeat, all cartilage removed
2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
4 large egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 Tablespoons Parmasan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 9-inch oven proof casserole dish with vegtable spray.
In a small pan over medium-high heat, melt margarine. Add onions and saute 2 to 3 minutes, or until soft. In a medium bowl, combine onion, crabmeat, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Gently fold in egg whites. Pour mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 23 minutes, ot until puffed and lightly browned. Remove from oven and cut into squares. Serve immediately.
