Citrus Chicken with Peppers

Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, halved
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1/3 cup orange juice
2Tablespoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
2 Tablespoons water
Directions
Microwave directions :
Place chicken breast halves in 12 X 8 inch (2 quart) microwave safe dish. Arranghe bell pepper strips around chicken. In a small bowl combine orange juice, lime juice, honey, paprika, salt and pepper; blend well. Pour over chicken and peppers. Cover with microwave safe plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 8 to 12 minutes until chicken is no longer pink, rearranging chicken and spooning sauce over it halfway through cooking. Using a slotted spoon transfer chicken and peppers to serving plate; keep warm.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water; blend until smooth. Stir into hot liguid in dish. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring once during cooking. Spoonover chicken and peppers. 4 Servings.
Coventional Directions:
Place chicken breast halves in a large skillet. Arrange bell pepper strips around chicken. In a small bowl combine orange and lime juice, honey, paprika, salt and pepper; blend well. Pour over chicken and peppers. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Using slotted spoon, transfer chicken and peppers to serving plate; keep warm.
In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water' blend until smooth. Stir into hot liquid in skillet. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly. Spoon over chicken and peppers.
