Simple Almond Flour Muffins

These muffins skip the white flour but none of the fluffy great taste!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour

  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 3 Eggs

  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cupcake pan with paper liners. Lightly spray liners with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Fill each liner almost halfway full.

  4. Bake for 14-17 minutes. To check to see if they are done, slightly jiggle the pan.
