Fluff Brownies

A lightened and guilt-free version of the American classic, these brownies bring a subtle sweetness that promises satisfaction.

Fluff Brownies
  • 4 eggs separated

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 3 tablespoons honey (or more if you like it sweeter)

  • dash of vanilla

  1. Separate your eggs and whip up your egg whites until they reach stiff peaks.

  2. Whisk your cocoa, honey and egg yolks together in a small bowl.

  3. Fold your egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and then pour the mixture into a baking pan.

  4. Bake at 350F for 15 – 20 minutes until the edges start coming away from the sides
