2 4-oz pieces of fish
2 slices tomato
2 slices onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put foil on a cookie sheet or cake pan. Put fish in pan and place on top of fish first the onion then the tomato.
Bake this uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
This technique of cooking fish draws a good portion of the fishy taste out of the fish so people who don't like strong fish flavor can enjoy fish.
