  • 4 CUPS SWISS CHARD,CHOPPED 1tsp. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL DASH OF KOSHER SALT

Directions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. LAY CHOPPED CHARD OUT OVER ONE OR TWO RIMMED BAKING SHEETS. DO NOT OVERPACK THE CHARD. DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL UNTIL THE CHARD IS LIGHTLY COATED. SPRINKLE WITH KOSHER SALT. ROAST FOR 5-7 MINUTES.
