Special 3 Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh green beans

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed & drained

  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Vidalia onions, sliced, ringed

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2/3 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 packet Truvia

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. Blanch green beans. Drain and cool. Mix with chickpeas, kidney beans, peppers, and onions. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with beans. Let stand 1 hour before serving.
