olive oil, calf liver, white rice, onion, garlic, black beans. dell or green pepper.
using a wolk, slice onion & green pepper into wedges, 1 cup each, put in heated olive oil (1 qtr. cup or even 1 half cup), simmer for 10-15 minutes, (add qarlic , if desired, i do)
add sliced calf liver to onion and green pepper, simmer for 15-20 min, while turning (stirring)
while doing this, cooke white rice, and black beans. seperate of cousre,
this should take about 45 minutes to 1 hr.,
when this is all done, take a regular bowl, put the rice in first, black beans
on the top , place wedges of green pepper & onions around the outside
with the calf liver wedges.
and then there is always any kind of cubano hot sauce one desires…
