Pudding Fruit Salad

  • 2 20oz. can pineapple chunks in juice

  • 3 1/2 oz. box vanilla instant pudding

  • 1 jar marashino cherries, drained

  • 3 bananas, sliced

  1. Combine pineapple in juice and pudding mix in large mixing bowl.

  2. Stir until blended and thickened.

  3. Fold in cherries and chill for several hours or overnight.

  4. Add banana slices just before serving and enjoy!

This salad is healthy and nutritious by being low in fat and sodium and contains healthy fruits. It is great as a side
and wonderful as a dessert!

Think of just the cherries! I'm sure you can substitues sugar free pudding and the pineapple in its own juice…if you used fresh cherries, cut in half, maybe strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, it will be diabetic friendly.
