Overall: Because I have Systemic Lupus, that is what is causing my heart issues. I was put on Crestor 7yrs ago after my heart attack and Ive never had any side effects or problems with the med and Im on 40mgs a day.

Overall: I was on Crestor for about a month when I started to experience muscle pain, doctor imediately took me off the drug.

Overall: clay, I take only 5mg per day and I know some people who take 5mg every other day. My last LDL test showed me at 64mg/dL. Potent stuff! I take 100mg of CoQ10 for handle mild statin-induced muscle aches. HH
