We've all heard that weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% diet. While that may not be completely accurate, the food we put into our mouths certainly matters. I like to prepare most of my meals and snacks for the week on Sunday night. I divvy everything up into portions so I have healthy options on hand and ready to go.
