Could it be that your sensations of feeling cold are side effects of any medications that you are on? I am on several for high blood pressure and cholesterol, and cold extremities are a common side effect. My hands and feet feel like ice sometimes, and winter weather is a torment. If this is the case, a doctor may be able to moderate such symptoms by changing or adjusting meds…
