I had catheter ablation done in 2012 for SVT AVNRT. Since the ablation, I have been feeling much better.

I recently have a newborn and I don't get much sleep at night. I sleep on average two hours a day. Now my SVT is back. I have bad palpitation and fast beats :( I am lightheaded and have shortness of breathe.

Do you think it will go away in its own if I get enough rest down the road? Should I ask the dr for beta blocker? Will it contaminate my breast milk? Do you have any similar experience to share?

Thank you!
Thira

I know for me rest does my body wonders. How long have you been having the current episode? As far as the milk contamination you will need to ask the doc
