My latest challenge is controlling my post-prandial (after eating) blood sugar. My goal is to keep my HbA1c at 5.5 or below. Of course, the biggest component is exercise. So far so good as I am "one for one" and did some light lifting today.
What other goals and new year resolutions do you have. Perhaps we can list, track, and offer advice on keeping resolutions in this discussion!
