More good news on chocolate - for men! Anyone added it to their health diet?

Yet another study shows chocolate to be good for you, this time particularly with regard to reducing stroke risk in men. Two ounces per week seems to do the trick.

I am curious. Has anyone at HeartConnect had their doctor talk to them about adding chocloate to their diet or added it on their own? If so what kind (% cocoa content) and how much?

Since my husband was born in Hershey, PA he is of the opinion that chocolate is a cure for many, many ills! I can't get him to make the switch to dark though.. does this study say anything about the impact of milk chocolate?

I've switched to granola bars as my "candy bar" of choice and I now buy a box of chocolate-dipped ones to go with the "regular" bars I eat. YUM! But, this might be an even better sign than we think: I've long said I'll know I'm in Heaven when chocolate and banana pudding are health foods! Looks like we're half-way there!
