I recently posted a study that linked calcium supplements to heart disease.
This is worrisome but for those of us who are lactose intolerant (like me), how do we get the calcium we need without resorting to risky supplements? It turns out there are many good sources of dietary calcium. Here are a few.
How do our other lactose intolerant members deal with getting enough calcium? Who has additional comments or articles on how to get enough calcium through diet rather than supplements?
