A new large scale genetic study reveraled that the earlier one begins reducing cholesterol the lower the risk of heart disease - even as early as childhood.

By starting earlier the reductions needed are smaller allowing more to achieve healthy levels without the need for drugs.

So here is the question. At what age did you begin to lower your cholesterol? How successful have you been? What drugs and other means do you use to lower your cholesterol?
