I recently wrote an article for Heart Connect (available soon) and posted an great article (the best I've ever encountered on the subject) at

It discussed the power of anthocyanins, a flavonoids with powerful health health benefits. The curious thing is that anthocyanins are also responsible for coloring plants hues from red to deep blue. This makes is easy to recognize foods rich in this power supplement (blueberries, pomegranites, eggplant, etc.)

What is your diet like? Do you eat red, blue and purple plants. Or, perhaps you have a recipe that contins one or more of these anthocyanin rich plants.

Let us know what you like to eat, what works for you, and what really tastes good!!
