It discussed the power of anthocyanins, a flavonoids with powerful health health benefits. The curious thing is that anthocyanins are also responsible for coloring plants hues from red to deep blue. This makes is easy to recognize foods rich in this power supplement (blueberries, pomegranites, eggplant, etc.)
