Anyone tried yoga for afib?

A new study suggests yoga can help reduce episodes of afib as well as many other symptoms. This coincides well with my current study of the science of Heart Rate Variability (HRV), biofeedback, and other mind over body technologies. The science is becoming very compelling. Now comes this study

Anyone here do yoga? What health benefits have you seen?

While it makes sense that yoga would reduce stress and thus reduce the incidence of cardiac arrhythmias, I wouldn't suggest taking the slightest chance with a-fib. Atrial fibrillation is a big deal and the risk of stroke is real. If you suspect a-fib, I'd seek professional help.
