Hypokinetic means reduced heart wall motion as seen by echocardiogram likely as a result of heart muscle damage or ischemia due to your blockage. Inferior wall means the bottom part of your heart and anterior means the front part while apical refers to the tip.

This diagnosis suggests a loss of heart wall movement near the bottom front tip of the heart. The index used determines the severity from 1 (normal) to 5 (aneurismal deformation). An index of 2 is by definition "hypokinesia" the most mild form but only your doc can tell you how serious this will be in your particular situation.
