In a one-of-a-kind study, two of the worlds most popular statin drugs faced off in a multi-year evaluation. The study end point was an actual measure of plaque volume in a specific artery section. The result was a statistical tie however a second end point of total plaque volume uncovered a winner. Read more about it here.

We have quite a few statin users in our community. It would be interesting and useful to know what statin community members may be on and how pleased you are with the results. Here is your chance to join our own informal "study" right here on HeartConnect!
