I just came across a study that showed that over half of all early heart attacks are attributable to smoking

I think we all intuitively understand the danger. But, what does it take to quit? How hards is it? Help out those still trying to quit with your stories and expreinces about quitting. What worked for you? You story could help save someone's life!

Smoking is a hard habit to quit. I have tried several times, I used to be so stressed I would have to smoke but now that the stress had gone down I am still working on quitting and I can't use the patch and one of the pills neither one worked but I am getting closer to just quitting cold turkey. Even though I know my boyfriend won't respect the fact to not smoking in the house becasue he always tells me he can't quit
Is the lozenges any good for helping to quit??

Never used them myself but perhaps others have. If niothing else they give you something oral to focus on and perhaps deliver a little nicotine to clam you brain activity.

The best bet is to keep trying things until you find what works for you!
