heres some information how to do this low carb diet low fat diet.avoid white refined sugars such as white bread white noodles white rice aim for whole wheat in these productssugar free foods are such a bad idea too.i even try to avoid deep fried foods breaded items cause these contain white flour in them.by doing for my self i manage to lower my cholesterol. from 214 a totals that range 118to 130.i have under active thyriod which can interfere with my cholesterol total. this is a big challenge for me.cause of my thyriod being this way. take to control my thyriod problem. but still can be challenge.
