I received an email that had things to ponder in it and I thought I would share with all of my friends here. It brings both a chuckle and some thought. My favorite is number 4.
1. I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I found out that most people die of natural causes.
2. There are two kinds of pedestrians, the quick and the dead.
3. Life is sexually transmitted.
4. Healthy is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die.
5. The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth.

I gotta admit — I love all of those and hadn't thought about a single one in those terms! Thanks for the paradigm shift and thanks for sharing!

Good one. Now we better be prepared for all the pondering questions to come from yours, Bob. Don't say I didn't tell you so:)

LOL! Good ones! It reminds me of the conversation I had with the one of the world's leading heart disease prevention and reversal cardiologists (Dr. William R. Davis) when I first became a patient (and before I started working with him). He said, "What good is it if I help you live to be 86 but you are miserable!" More sage advice!
