What is a better way to help you stay focus on a diet and excersie plan

think how much better you feel about yourself better you look health improves over time. it's worth time patients you put in to it.

don't lok at it as a diet or exercise plan, it is a lifestyle change. If you take the diet approach then it will fail. #0 days to build new habits, so take 1 or 2 at a time and go from there. I didn't wake up one day 40 pounds over weight, it took years to do that. And the best approach is to take years to get it off.

For me that easy to stay focused I just think of my family, my husband, our kids, and now a grandson. To have them over for holiday's, birthday's, or just to talk to them is my life. I'll give up any bad foods, excerise till I hurt because I love my family.
My mother passed away 6 month ago to a massive stroke she was only 67 she had so many years ahead of her thou she choice food and a lack of excerise over her family. That kills me and I will not do that to my family.

For me it's kinda very easy.. I get up in the morning and look at that scar running down the middle of my chest and it reminds me that it is something i don't want to do again..

Hi, Get your self a journal , everyday write down things you eat and what happens when you eat those things.
Exercise slowly, the best exercise for everyone is walking. Even if you walk around your home. going up and down steps is easy too.

My way of staying focused is remembering why I'm on a diet and excerise plan in the first place. I my case it was a heart attack, that's the best reminder that I have come up with and it really works. Don't forget, you don't have to go to a gym to exercise, just a brisk walk inside or outside will work. Keep at it, I know you can do it. Take care.
