% years ago i found out that i have WPW. Had the surgery to try and fix it but it didnt work for me :( I am at the point that they want to monitor me again and see what meds will work for me. Not something that i am looking forward to. But it is what it is

Meds will be the first treatment. If that does not work then radio frequency ablation (is that the "surgery" you had) to disrupt your extra electrical conduction pathway is a potential treatment if you are suffering from symptomatic tachycardia. For some Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome (WPW) is an annoyance (and messes with your head) but for others it can be serious. Seek multiple opinions and push your docs for answers and solutions.

Also, please share your experience. It will help others and help them help you! Who knows, what you find or what works for you might be the solution to someone else's problem and vice-versa!
