February is American Heart Month. To raise awareness, February 4th will be the American Heart Association's Wear Red Day. This is a day for each of us to make a stand and wear red to fight heart disease wherever we are across the country. This day is a part of the Go Red for Women campaign. I am sure that this campaign hits close to home for many of us that either have heart disease or know women in our lives that live with it. What does American Heart Month mean to you and what are you doing to prevent heart disease and to raise awareness?

I know that I will be wearing red on the 4th; how many of you will be joining me as we add a splash of red to the world to raise awareness about heart disease?
