My heart was pumping @ 32% and they gave me a diffulibtor to correct the way my heart squeezed the blood with an extra wire

I also have a 100% blocked artery on right side

Did your cardiologist mention the exact artery, for example, the right coronary artery (RCA) and the location of the blockage (anterior/posterior, distal/proximal etc.). A 100% blockage would generally require an angioplasty and stent to be inserted or perhaps even a bypass as this tends to be a dominant artery supplying your venticles.

Watch your diet. Sounds like you need a stent. Once they put a stent in then the blood will flow at a normal rate but you'll have to take heart meds also. Lowering your choeslestral by eating less red meat and more white meats will also help. A stent would open up the blockage and make your blood flow normal.

But it could also be that the Artery's are blocked also..If you are a smoker quit now! Exercise plays a HUGE role in Heart Conditioning..In order to change it back around it will take some major Life Changes..
